Disputes between employees disrupt the work environment for everyone. When managers, labor organizations and human resource departments are faced with challenging disputes, mediation provides a fresh perspective. A mediator is able to get at the heart of the issue and see all of its sides.

MARSHALL CONFLICT RESOLUTION facilitates workplace disputes between co-workers, employees and supervisors, and labor organizations and employers. Conflict resolution guides concerned parties toward a solution that does not require attorney representation and litigation. When parties involved in a dispute are valuable to a company and other means of solving a problem have fallen short, mediation provides a road map to resolution. Workplace mediation avoids damaging litigation and allows companies to resolve disputes related to personality conflicts, harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, building relationships between employers and labor organizations, and collective bargaining agreements. If you face a workplace dispute and are interested in an effective resolution between parties, contact Attorney June Marshall at Marshall Conflict Resolution.

Since 1990, THE RESOLUTION CENTER has assisted families throughout Maryland by offering confidential and affordable, solutions-focused mediation, legal arbitration and family counseling. Director Dr. Thomas Swisher has been practicing divorce law & mediation since 1987. He has both a law degree & a PhD in counseling. He is also an Associate Professor at Stevenson University, teaching family studies & family therapy.

Dr. Swisher notes that mediation can be used for family law matters within the context of a disputed divorce, such as issues of custody, parenting, property & finances and any dispute that may arise after the divorce is over. Mediation is also appropriate for virtually any other dispute, including those between family members, neighbors & business associates. Often faster & much less expensive than litigation, mediation puts you in control of the decisions which affect your family & your future. Dr. Swisher’s approach to mediation is holistic, in that he helps the parties understand the interests of both parties & their children, with the goal of reaching a mutually acceptable agreement for all involved. Office located at Courthouse Square in Ellicott City.

Are you aware that many mild cognitive impairment conditions, or even dementias, are reversible? It cannot be assumed, just based on age, that cognitive decline is inevitable.
